Isn't water already composed of hydrogen?
Yes, you're correct—water (H2O) is already composed of two hydrogen atoms bonded to one oxygen atom. When we talk about hydrogen water we're referring to water that has additional molecular hydrogen (H2) dissolved in it. This molecular hydrogen isn't bonded to the oxygen in water but exists as free molecules dissolved in the water itself.
How does UltraHy™ work?
UltraHy™ works by infusing water with high concentrations of molecular hydrogen (H2) through advanced electrolysis technology. When you activate UltraHy™, it uses Solid Polymer Electrolysis (SPE) and Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) technology to split water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen. The molecular hydrogen is then dissolved into the water, creating hydrogen-rich water.
What is the hydrogen concentration generated by UltraHy™
UltraHy™ delivers hydrogen concentrations of up to 6210 ppb after a 10-minute cycle and 4160 ppb after a 5-minute cycle. This high concentration is important because it maximizes the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits of molecular hydrogen, helping to reduce oxidative stress, improve cellular health, and support overall well-being. How many bottles of hydrogen-rich water should I drink per day if I use the 5-minute or 10-minute cycles?
If you use the 10-minute cycle, each bottle provides approximately 1.74 mg of molecular hydrogen. Drinking two bottles per day will give you a total of 3.48 mg of H2, which is even above the recommended 1-3 mg/day range by the Molecular Hydrogen Institute. For the 5-minute cycle each bottle provides approximately 1.165 mg of molecular hydrogen. To meet the daily intake range, you would need to drink about 1-2 bottles per day. It's also important to note that drinking above the recommended range of molecular hydrogen has no known negative effects, so you can adjust your consumption based on your personal hydration needs and schedule. What is electrolysis?

How does electrolysis work?
An electrolyzer device, which includes two electrodes (an anode and a cathode), is submerged in water. When an electric current is applied, the water molecules are split at the electrodes: hydrogen gas forms at the cathode (negative electrode), and oxygen gas forms at the anode (positive electrode). This method efficiently produces clean hydrogen by simply breaking down water into its elemental components.
Does UltraHy™ have a drain vent, and what is its purpose?
Yes, the UltraHy™ hydrogen water bottle is equipped with a drain vent. The primary purpose of this vent is to safely expel unwanted byproducts produced during the electrolysis process, including chlorine (CL2), ozone (O3), and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). When generating hydrogen, these byproducts can be formed and must be safely removed to ensure the purity and safety of the hydrogen-enriched water. Which water should I use with UltraHy™?
UltraHy™ works with any kind of potable water, as long as it is not carbonated or flavoured. Use exclusively with potable water as the device is not a water purifier. Using any other liquids is strictly forbidden as it can damage the device and compromise its functionality.
What types of water should not be used in UltraHy™?
UltraHy™ should not be used with non-potable water, carbonated beverages, tea, soft drinks, or any liquids other than clean, potable water, as these can damage the device and affect its performance. It is important to note that UltraHy™ does not change the mineral or bacterial quality of the water used, as it is not a filtering device. Some competitors falsely claim that similar devices filter water, but this is incorrect.

No, the taste of the water does not change. The UltraHy™ hydrogen water bottle is designed to infuse water with high-concentration molecular hydrogen without altering its taste.
What is the maximum water temperature allowed for UltraHy™ operation?
The applicable water temperature for optimal performance ranges between 5°C and 60°C. Using water outside this range may affect hydrogen production and the longevity of the device.
How quickly should I drink the hydrogen water produced by UltraHy™?
It is recommended to consume the hydrogen water within 30 minutes of production to ensure the highest concentration of hydrogen, as hydrogen dissipates over time.
What should I do after completing electrolysis in the UltraHy™?
After completing electrolysis, unscrew the bottle cover to relieve any built-up pressure and prevent potential leakage at the bottom of the bottle.
What initial steps should be taken when first using UltraHy™?
When unpackaging the bottle for the first time, remove the moisturizing plug from the base of the device, then assemble the bottle by screwing the bottle body and base back together, aligning the logo and max indicator to the front touch screen.
How should the water level be managed in UltraHy™?

What are the charging specifications for UltraHy™?
UltraHy™ should be charged using a USB 5V/2A charger. During charging, the battery symbol on the screen will incrementally increase and cycle back and forth until fully charged.
What does it indicate when the UltraHy™ has a low battery?
When only one bar is shown on the display, it indicates a low battery, reminding the user to charge the product promptly to continue using it effectively.
What is the difference between the 5-minute and 10-minute functions on UltraHy™?
The 5-minute function generates a hydrogen concentration of approximately 4160 ppb, while the 10-minute function produces up to 6210 ppb. Both options provide the benefits of molecular hydrogen, but the 10-minute cycle offers a higher dose for maximum antioxidant effects. Choose the cycle that best fits your time and wellness needs.
I measured the H2 concentration in my bottle, and it’s lower than what you claim. Why?
There could be several reasons for this discrepancy: 1) Inaccurate Measuring Devices: Many inexpensive H2 meters available online are not reliable and typically cap their measurements at 2000ppb, far below our bottle's capability. 2) Water Quality: Using highly mineralized water can reduce the bottle's performance. Laboratory results are conducted with demineralized water for consistency.
In their laboratory tests, H2 Analytics used advanced gas chromatography, the most accurate method for testing hydrogen concentration and the only one recommended by the International Hydrogen Standards Association. Our product, like all leading competitors, was tested under these controlled conditions. Results may vary when different testing methods or water qualities are used.
How long will my UltraHy™ bottle last if I use it twice a day?
The longevity of your UltraHy™ bottle depends on how often you use it and the quality of water you use. If you're using the 5-minute cycle twice a day, the proton exchange membrane (PEM) inside the bottle is expected to last approximately 5 years. If you prefer using the 10-minute cycle twice a day, the bottle should last around 2.5 years. These estimates are based on the PEM membrane's lifetime of over 300 hours when using pure water. Regular maintenance and using clean, pure water will help maximize the bottle's lifespan.
What materials are used in the construction of UltraHy™?
The UltraHy™ bottle is crafted with high-quality aluminum alloy base and cap, BPA-free polycarbonate body, platinum-coated titanium electrode plates, DuPont™ Nafion® N117 proton exchange membrane.

How should I clean my UltraHy™ bottle?
Unscrew the bottle body from the base and clean it with regular dishwashing soap, rinse with clean water and remove any dirt with a soft cloth. Regularly wipe the exterior with a damp soft cloth to keep it clean.
How often should I clean my UltraHy™ bottle?
Regular cleaning after every 20 uses is recommended to maintain optimal performance and hygiene.
How do I remove any mineral build up from the electrodes that might reduce performance?
Once a month we recommend cleaning the bottle with baking soda or citric acid, especially if you use water with high TDS. Fill the bottle with water and add two small spoons of baking soda or citric acid making sure they dissolve well into the water. Leave the bottle filled without switching it on for 10-15 minutes. Remove the water and rinse well with clean water before using again.
Can UltraHy™ be cleaned in a dishwasher?
No, the UltraHy™ should be manually cleaned to avoid damaging the electronic components.
What should I do if the UltraHy™ will not be used for an extended period?
If the bottle will not be used for a long time, add an appropriate amount of purified water to keep the membrane electrode moist. Clean it with clean water before using it again.
Is there any maintenance required to keep the proton membrane effective?
The proton membrane should be kept in a humid environment. It is normal to observe water mist inside the bottle, which indicates that the membrane is in a suitable condition.
Can I store other liquids in my UltraHy™ bottle?
UltraHy™ is specifically designed for water to ensure proper functionality and prevent damage.

Why is my UltraHy™ leaking?
Water might leak due to pressure build up if you reactivate the electrolysis several times in a row without opening the bottle cap to release the pressure. Always release pressure after every cycle to avoid possible leakage.
